IN MEMORIAM In memory of Irina V. Erofeeva (1953–2020)

Abstract

On November 22, 2020, an outstanding scientist, bright and talented historian Irina Erofeeva passed away. She was 67 years old. She was a representative of a brilliant generation of young and promising Kazakhstani historians who came to science at the turn of the 1970–1980s, whose formation as a professional researcher took place at the sunset of the Soviet era, and all subsequent activities contributed to the formation of the historical science of sovereign Kazakhstan.
